👋 Hi there
I’m Neto Bassani, an Italian-Brazilian UX/UI & Product Designer currently based in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.
My focus is on creating user-centric and innovative solutions for a diverse range of digital products.
Over the past 9+ years, I’ve worked with companies across various industries, helping them build new services and products from the ground up, as well as improve existing ones.
I have a background in marketing and, as a designer, I’ve led rebrands and UX redesigns, created mobile-first experiences, and launched 45+ products while managing timelines and cross-functional teams. I also led a team of three designers to ensure quality and strategic alignment.
I see myself as a product designer capable of guiding projects from research and design phase to prototyping, ensuring a smooth handoff to development.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cats, playing CS2 with friends and supporting Guarani FC, my hometown team currently stuck in Brazil’s third division. It’s not great, I know, but I still believe better days are coming.

Led the establishment of the UI/UX department from the ground up, directly contributing to enhanced productivity within the design team and fostering smoother collaboration with development. Delivered user-centered digital solutions aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Built the UX Design department from the ground up, establishing tools, workflows, and practices that improved collaboration and consistency;
Led the rebranding and redesign of the 100PESO e-commerce platform, resulting in a 400% revenue increase;

Served as the lead graphic designer overseeing the company’s visual communication across digital and print formats. My work supported strategic initiatives and reached an audience of over 50,000 brand consultants throughout Brazil.
Designed product packaging, visual guides, and brand manuals;
Developed a comprehensive printed catalog covering the company’s entire product portfolio;
Created institutional and commercial materials under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

2018 - 2019
Worked independently as a visual designer for a range of clients, delivering creative solutions across both digital and print media. Focused on maintaining brand consistency while adapting designs to meet the unique goals of each project.
Created digital and print assets including social media graphics, promotional banners, marketing materials, and presentation layouts;
Designed product labels and packaging aligned with client branding and regulatory requirements;

This was my first professional experience, where I supported the marketing team in producing internal and external communication materials. Contributed to campaigns, internal events, and corporate presentations.
Took ownership of the visual design of the new company headquarters, from concept to final execution;
